2. Why cant cell phones be legal in the hallways and at brake.
In these bullets bellow it talks about all the places that cell phones are allowed and permitted at.
"You may use the cell phone to and from the buses only.
b. No visibility, sound, or use of any kind at any other times or after you enter the building: not in the library, classrooms, offices, halls, cafeteria, gym or computer labs regardless of the time of day.
e. It may not be hanging on a belt or backpack or visible in any way.
f. It must be turned OFF, not on “silent” or “vibrate” and may not ring or vibrate or produce any alarm or sound.
g. You may not be texting in your pocket or purse or underneath clothing or books.
h. You may not use it to check the time. Get a watch!
i. If the phone is turned off (not “silent” or “vibrate”), the phone will not be confiscated during an unrelated or random search.
j. You may use your phone in a safe way (no profanity, threats, name-calling) at after-school activities if sponsor permits."
