2. What i already know about my topic

I know that cell phones or cellular devises are supposed to be turned off and be put out of sight soon as we (the students) get into the building.  We can't turn our cell phones back on until we are dismissed from school. I understand the rules that are supposed to be followed by cell phones but why do we have to follow that rule? I feel that this rule should not be Putin place.

Offenses

1. Take cell phones, and has to be picked up by the parents.
2. Take cell phones, and has to be picked up by the parents, 1 day OSS
3. Take cell phones, and has to be picked up by the parents, 2 days OSS
4. Take cell phones, and has to be picked up by the parents, 3 days OSS
5. Take cell phones, and has to be picked up by the parents, 5 days OSS, and Evidentary Hearing

When ever you get your cell phones taken you can't get it back until your parent come get it back at 3:20.
